It's nearly that time again: pop along to Leech Hall on the 15th for refreshments, discussion of several exciting motions, and a whole raft of elections - including Interview & Open Day Reps. If you'd like to submit a motion, you must do so before Monday 8th at 7.30pm: a full guide on how to do so is at http://johnsjcr.org.uk/jjcr/guides/how-write-a-motion. If you'd like to stand for election, you can in the meeting, unless the position requires a manifesto. A manifesto must include your name, the name of your proposer and seconder, a photo, and be less than 200 words in length. It must be signed by a member of Chair's Comm (Edmund, David Bufton, JB, Bella or Dan Gilbert) and displayed in the Bailey Room at least 24 hours before the meeting.
